Rated 2 out of 5 by from Note reliable I had another model and it stopped working. Sent it in and replaced with 760, a repaired one. I have sent 4 back. All were repaired replacements and everyone one of them had major problems. Most sound stopped working in one side of the headset. One stopped charging. Would never buy another one. Every time I sent one in put note not to send another model like this. Always got same repaired model back and never lasted more than a month. Have last one sent and once again one side stopped working. Got tired of sending them back. Not very good customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound I bought these just to be able to talk on my phone while I'm driving so I'm not fumbling with my phone. But now only are these great for phone calls, the sound quality is amazing!!!!

can this headset be used with a computer as a wireless mic and ear set

I can hear music but i cant talk on it

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Bluetooth Headset. This device is designed for compatibility with the HFP 1.6, HSP, A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth profiles. It is recommended to check your phone for compatibility with the communication aspect of the external device.

I no longer have the box my LG came in. And I need the serial number to my LG HBS 760. If you can help me find it please. Try to get it repaired. It stop charging and has low sound.

The LG TONE PRO™ Bluetooth® Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-760, has a label attached to it that has the serial number on it which it is required to have by law and cannot be removed or peeled off the unit. If that label has been removed, you can be refused service...^IFV

Does this have voice control calling and such?

Hello wolfgang55, I’ll be happy to help with your question! The LG Tone Pro II Headset is a great device for calls on the go and provides hours of functionality and playback. Although it does not include voice control, the function controls feature provide the call and play/pause buttons on top of the headset for more intuitive access to key functions, and side jog buttons that provide simple, easy to access one-touch volume and music control.
