Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! I bought this product because I needed a hands-free way to easily access my phone's call features. LG solved my problem. Perfect!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the price I bought this thinking it was really a headset. It is not a headset. I'd call it a set of ear buds tethered to your neck. Furthermore, the sound quality is on the level of a cheap set of earphones you'd buy for a child. There's no point in using them to listen to music unless you like music played through a tin can. This unit is definitely not worth the price!!!

Does this have voice control calling and such?

Asked by: wolfgang55
Hello wolfgang55, I’ll be happy to help with your question! The LG Tone Pro II Headset is a great device for calls on the go and provides hours of functionality and playback. Although it does not include voice control, the function controls feature provide the call and play/pause buttons on top of the headset for more intuitive access to key functions, and side jog buttons that provide simple, easy to access one-touch volume and music control. I hope this helps and you have a great day! Darren, AT&T Community Specialist

Can you send and receive text messages and calls?

Asked by: Boss lady j
Hello Boss lady j The description of the LG Tone Pro II doesn't mention that it has the ability to send and receive text message in voice form. You can certainly use the headset for talking, listening to music etc. I have found that depending on the phone you are using them with, might allow you to use the voice to text option with the headset. This would be totally dependent if your phone has the option, you can check with your phones manufacturer. Hope this helps! -Kevin (AT&T Mobility Care)
