Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headset! I bought this headset from my employer and really loved the weight and sound. About 3 months in to my use one speaker had an issue and I contacted Lg for a repair. In a total of 4 days I was sent a brand new pair of headphones even in a nice color different from my previous color. I still use the same headset as of today just haven’t been able to afford a new pair. Thank you LG for making my life easier and much more different as your slogan says.

How can i turn the volume up so i can hear better

The volume can be adjusted by sliding the VOLUME switch to the + or - position to adjust the speakers to the desired level. Also ensure that the volume on the connected device is turned up.

My volume on my headset has been malfunctioning and i can't hear anything out of it anymore. Can you explain how I'd get a new set for free or if it can get repaired?

If the volume on the headset has been raised, as has the volume of the phone, and the sound still cannot be heard properly, then the unit may require service. Can it be connected to two devices at once?

This device has the “Advanced Multipoint” feature which does make it capable of having two devices connected to the headset at the same time! Does this have voice control calling and such?

Hello wolfgang55, I’ll be happy to help with your question! The LG Tone Pro II Headset is a great device for calls on the go and provides hours of functionality and playback. Although it does not include voice control, the function controls feature provide the call and play/pause buttons on top of the headset for more intuitive access to key functions, and side jog buttons that provide simple, easy to access one-touch volume and music control. How do I no when they fully charged

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset and its features. According to the information on page 5 of your User’s Guide, while charging, the LED indicator will show a solid RED light and then change to violet when charged above 80% or more. The LED indicator will show a solid BLUE light when charging is complete.
