Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent sound, long battery life, and reliable I purchased this headset 3 years ago and it's still going strong, even after going through a drenching rainstorm while out running about a month ago. After hundreds of recharges they're still holding a good charge, and I'm pleased with the sound quality. They'll never sound as good as a set of high quality wired headphones, but that's not what they're for. I primarily use them when out running. I particularly like the ability to easily pull one earbud out if you need to hear what's going on around you. And replacing the stock ear tips with a set of Comply tips drastically improved the sound quality. My only real beef with this headset is the microphone mute function, which requires you to simultaneously use the volume up and rewind buttons every time you want to go on or off mute. Very poor design. But since I don't use these for phone calls much, it's not too big of a deal for me. It would also be nice if the ear buds auto retracted instead of using magnets, but LG has solved that in newer models. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and when these finally die, I will definitely be looking for a newer version....hopefully with a more intuitive mute and retractable earbuds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fair. Only two things I don’t like. The microphone should be hooked up to the ear buds. You can’t hear your own voice which makes it difficult to talk. There should be external speakers which can be switched off to conserve battery and/or switched to ear buds. Retractable ear bus which pull back into the base would help also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2nd same problem I got 2 of these for Christmas one the RH ear bud lost about 1/2 vol the second day of use and the other did the same thing after 4 days use. LG will do nothing and do not care when they found out they are gifts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price I bought these almost 2 years ago for long rides and just putzing around town and they still work like new. The only complaint I have is that they don't get very loud.My old bike wasn't too loud, so the volume wasn't an issue. The new bike is quite a bit louder and the output from the headphones is a little on the low side to be heard over the exhaust, granted I usually keep one ear open to hear the world around me, but even when I don't, it's not loud enough to be clearly heard. My son has an older pair of LG's (can't remember the model) we swapped for a few minutes and we were both amazed at the difference. His seem to be twice as loud as mine. That said, the range on them is pretty good. My Amazon TV box is in a separate room about 20 feet from the couch and I can use them to watch shows or movies without it cutting out. The charge is quick and lasts quite a while but when they want a charge, there's maybe 3-5 minutes after the first notice before they shut off. I've gone from medium to "Please charge now" to dead within 30 minutes a few times. It would be nice to have a little more warning. Sometimes medium will take me to and from work a few days before getting the notice, so it's hard to judge how much time is left.

Looking for the plastic clips that hold the wires onto the side of the headphones. I purchased 3 of these headsets as (2 as gifts and 1 for me) and to date - 6 out of the 6 clips have broken. I have looked everywhere and can not find replacement clips.
