Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs work It is comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. Sound quality for listening to media (video, radio, streaming) is good. Microphone however leaves a lot to be desired. The microphone picks up a lot of background noise. If the user is talking on the phone using the headset on a bus or in a crowded place, the person on the other end only hears the background noise and the user’s voice barely registers or is interrupted continually by the noise. This is regardless of the quality of cellphone reception. The only way to make a decent phone call using the headset is by being in a quiet space without any surrounding conversations.

Looking for the plastic clips that hold the wires onto the side of the headphones. I purchased 3 of these headsets as (2 as gifts and 1 for me) and to date - 6 out of the 6 clips have broken. I have looked everywhere and can not find replacement clips.

Good afternoon, I had my headphones for 11 months and they recently stopped working it charges as normal but when I go to turn the unit on nothing no blinking. Please help I absolutely love these. Thank you so much.

How do i get my headseat to charge. They use to charge perfectly fine but now i can not get the red light to come on when i try to charge it
