Rated 5 out of 5 by from A workhorse worth purchasing. I received these earbud headphones as a gift in 2016, and after four years of continuous use they’re just beginning to wear out. There’s a short in the wire to one bud, so I’m getting sound consistently from one, and sporadically from the other. They’ve supplied hundreds of hours of music listening and phone calls, and charge quickly. There’s been no apparent battery degradation in four years. I’m still using them for audio GPS, and will buy myself another pair for music use. Would recommend for sound quality as well; it’s not easy getting a good amount of bass from most earbuds, but these deliver low and high end tones well. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the product. Other reviewers have mentioned issues with shorts, but I’ve been reasonably gentle with them and they’ve held up to workouts, running, and the occasional snagging and pulling with no damage until now.

Can't get the volume up

My left ear bud has stopped working completely, I've taken it apart and all wires are still connected. It was working 1 minute and not the next. Literally stopped from 1 call to the next. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Is there anyway to turn off the beeps when you turn the volume up and down? Will they turn off automatically if there is no sound playing for an extended period of time? Can you make it so they don’t vibrate when they turn on?

There is no way to turn off the volume up and down beeps as it is letting you know the volume you are selecting. The do not turn off automatically as they have a power switch toggle. To turn off the Vibrations: Slide and hold the Volume jog switch in the volume up (+) direction for 2 seconds when the HBS-770 is not in use. If you turn off the vibration alerts, it will not vibrate even when a call is being received or you are out of communication range.

All our TVs that support Bluetooth have been tested for compatibility with all of our LG Tone Series Headsets so the LG TONE PRO® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-770 will be compatible with these TVs. Regrettably, the 43UJ651V is not a TV model that was released in the U.S. and our offices will not have information on that model. Please contact the LG Support Center in Spain, for assistance. You will find their telephone number and other means of contacting them on their site and you will also find links to their Blog LG, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, G+, Linkedin and Instagram accounts were you can get additional assistance...^IFV
