Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low quality I bought myself these wireless headphones to use while excersizing and while doing work around the house. They worked well at first but about two to three after getting them the sound coming out of my right earbud would cut in and out constantly. If you pushed the wire a certain way the sound would come out but once you let go it would either cut in and out or completely off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT HEADPHONES! Sound through these headphones is awesome. Prefer these over the apple headphones that came with my iPhone. They hold the charge a long time. And I don't have to worry about them getting tangled around my neck!

One side of the headphones stopped working how can I fix it

Hi i purchased a set of head phone maybe 6 months ago and my right ear plug is no longer working. Do the headsets come with some kind of warranty?

If the volume on the headset has been raised, as has the volume of the phone, and the sound still cannot be heard or is unbalanced, then the unit may require service. I received some headphones as a gift, in January....and one of the ear buds has went out, I was wondering if and how I can get them replaced

First off. This headset. I freaking LOVE them! They are amazing! I use them paired to my laptop for work when I take calls, but I also use them for listening to music on my phone. But I don't understand how voice memos work. Can you better explain?

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. The VOICE MEMO is generally a method of taking a voice recorded notation, if the phone is capable of receiving and processing such. This feature is only available through the LG TONE & TALK application, once installed on your Smart Phone.
