Very poor quality but the red color is pretty. Now I can only throw it away 'cause it only charge to 40%. I found it in a drawer after a year, turned it on an it was at 40% which I found Amazing but after leaving it on the charger for 24 hours it was still at 40%.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the $ Original HBS-770 left ear bud quit after several months. Replacement HBS-780 also lost sound in left ear bud after several months. Both models have poor sound & poor microphone. Substandard product at expensive price. Don’t waste your money & time!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Up until they inevitably break, they work fine. I've gone through 3-4 Tone headsets over the last few years. The longest any set has lasted has been 5 months. It starts with one ear going out, and within 2 months, the second. They are mid level headsets, they should be more reliable than that. Also, if you get a refurb, they wont warrenty it, so buyer beware. Positives: battery life is about 12-13 hours of constant use.

The rang is terrible and they cut out at times, even when the device they are connected to, is only a couple feet away.

My left ear bud has stopped working completely, I've taken it apart and all wires are still connected. It was working 1 minute and not the next. Literally stopped from 1 call to the next. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Is there anyway to turn off the beeps when you turn the volume up and down? Will they turn off automatically if there is no sound playing for an extended period of time? Can you make it so they don’t vibrate when they turn on?

There is no way to turn off the volume up and down beeps as it is letting you know the volume you are selecting. The do not turn off automatically as they have a power switch toggle. To turn off the Vibrations: Slide and hold the Volume jog switch in the volume up (+) direction for 2 seconds when the HBS-770 is not in use. If you turn off the vibration alerts, it will not vibrate even when a call is being received or you are out of communication range.

All our TVs that support Bluetooth have been tested for compatibility with all of our LG Tone Series Headsets so the LG TONE PRO® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-770 will be compatible with these TVs. Regrettably, the 43UJ651V is not a TV model that was released in the U.S. and our offices will not have information on that model. Please contact the LG Support Center in Spain, http://www.lg.com/es for assistance.
