Well one ear stops working. Every LG headset that I have purchased...one of the ear plugs stop working. So...I'm stuck with a headset with only one ear working because I can't find my receipt! :(

Although I am not what you could call tech savvy, I had no trouble paring my phone with the headset. I am now able to hear music or my favorite podcast while taking my morning walk. I can easily make calls and answer my phone while driving without having to take my eyes off the road. I haven't actually timed it but the batteries seem to hold a charge for a reasonably long time. I am pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this headset to my friends.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Shortest lived, least comfortable of 3 headsets. This WAS the third LG headset of this type I've owned. Day 1 out of the box I was disappointed by the huge ear buds that jab into my ear if I lay down and their size makes them feel like they may fall out unless I push them in far. My old set had tiny yet comfortable buds. Paired with the huge buds is the tiniest, thinnest wire which was the failure point in both ears. After about 2 months the left ear stopped working, but since I mostly listen to podcasts I continued using them in just 1 ear. A month later both wars are dead and into the trash it goes. My first two I ran into the ground with daily use over years, this pair was large and beefy where it should be small and dainty and fragile where it should be strong. Worst of both world. Very disappointed in this model after such a great experience with older models.

I receive this LG Tone Pro about 9 months ago through my Employer as a gift I was really enjoy this until yesterday it went completely out. And I really need this when I am driving. I have left a message but no respond yet I need to know what I need to do since it was gift from Employer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed by this model. Nobody can hear me. I have owned three older models of this headset. I purchased a week ago, and have had nothing but issues with people trying to hear me. I am constantly told told you are too quiet or that only background noises are the only thing they can hear, which leaves me a frustrated user. I have had to go back to using my cellphone on loudspeaker since I spend a minimum of an hour a day driving. I hope there is troubleshooting for this headset, but I haven't found any yet. I would recommend older models before this model.

The LG TONE PRO® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-780 has an indicator lamp next to the On/Off switch that shows the battery status. It will turn red when the headset is connected to charge. When the battery is 80% charged, it will turn purple and when charging has completed, it will turn blue...^IFV

For instructions on pairing your headset please refer to page 5 on the owner's manual http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-HBS-780#manuals Keep in mind not all laptops come equipped with bluetooth. Please check with your laptop manufacturer to ensure this feature is supported. ^CP

Briefly press the Play/Pause button twice. The equalizer mode changes with a beeping sound in the following order: Bass Boost (default) > Normal > Treble Boost. ^AC
