It only lasted six months and the audio stopped. I contacted LG and the return/repair process was extremely smooth before I knew it my dud has replaced and I was back to work. This is a workhorse of a headset and perfect for those of us that are not earbud fans.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Microphone. I've own this pair of Headphones for over a year and no one can ever hear me speak. I've isolated the problem to the placement/position of the microphone which is to high on the headset wich does not catch the sound waves. Terrible engineering.

I mean how to clean the earbuds from you know ...waxes and ..?

Use a small brush to take any wax out of the ear bud. Place the headset with the mesh facing down so if any debris comes loose it will fall out of the ear bud. Ensure the brush is nylon bristle only. Dip a cotton swab or Qtip in rubbing alcohol, tap it off to remove any excess and then wipe the speaker. How do I get music from both earpieces for stereo

As implied in the title description, the LG LG TONE PRO® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-780 is a stereo headset and you do not have to make any adjustments for it to play in stereo. If you are only getting audio through one channel, make sure that the unit that you have paired to the headset is set to output stereo and is not set on 'Mono'. The only other cause may be that you may have a broken wire for the channel that is not producing any sound...^IFV
