I have the HBS-810 model and I loved them for quite some time for biking, mowing, and outdoor activities. Now the volume works but won't turn up louder than low which is not loud enough for outdoors. Anybody got any ideas what I did if anything??

Hi, There! Have you tried cleaning the earbuds itself? if you have and the volume is still not going up. try retracting and unretracting the earbuds from the body of the LG HBS-810? ^James.

Hi, can i use these hbs-810 for cycling, etc.? I am worried about sweating... Not sure if the head phone set can handle it around my neck whild sweating prefusely

The LG TONE ULTRA™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-810 does not have an IP rating for water resistance so if you sweat profusely, you may want to find a model that has an IP rating for water resistance...^Ivan

The button on the side with battery symbol with a minus and head phone with positive. whats it for. Just started using them again after 4 years and still work great.

Regrettably, we are unclear which button on the side of the LG TONE ULTRA™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-810 you are referring to from your description. Please check page 4 in your owner's manual for the headset that has an illustrated diagram showing the buttons for the headset and has descriptions for each button and its use. If you need another copy of the owner's manual, please visit the support page for the headset at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-HBS-810.ACUSNBK where you can download and printout a PDF copy of the owner's manual if you prefer or just review it...^IFV

Did anyone have the on/off slider casing rust inside the casing? They've worked for a year and a half but after doing all I could, they no longer turn on. They'll turn on and off randomly from wiring issues. Good set but failed faster than expected.

 How do I unmute my microphone on my headset model number HBS810

Slide the VOLUME jog button to the “+” position and the FF/REW jog button to the REW position at the same time for 1 second to mute/unmute the microphone during conversation. ^AC

everything is paired with the phone and headset. I can call and receive calls but the headset does not vibrate when receiving calls. I held the volume button on the headset and it said vibration on. The phone vibrates but not the headset.
