Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not purchase this headset I bought this headset for myself at Christmas because my very old LG headset stopped working. Every call I am on I am told I can't be understood because I am so muffled. I tried moving the headset around but it didn't change anything. Next is the quality of sound from the ear buds is very high and tinny. Nothing I do there makes a difference either. I have been told I am past my return date so I am stuck with them. I am a telecom manager and I am on the phone all the time and use a headset often and this one was very disappointing purchase. Now trying to find one that is better is difficult. I find it hard to believe that LG hasn't done better in this market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable quality with excellent battery life TLDR durable, good battery, very good passive sound cancelling, lots of controls. I am buying a third set of these, because each of the last two lasted almost 2.5 years of heavy daily use in an industrial environment 5-10 hours a day. Most other headsets that I have tried don't last more than 6 months. The sound quality is quite good coming from a non-audiophile, and the passive sound canceling is good enough to act as passible earplugs in a loud environment. I have looked around for other headphones with similar controls(pause, next, last, volume, ok google/siri) and few have all of them. For the price they have more than paid for themselves in longevity and quality.

The button on the side with battery symbol with a minus and head phone with positive. whats it for. Just started using them again after 4 years and still work great.

Please check page 4 in your owner's manual for the headset that has an illustrated diagram showing the buttons for the headset and has descriptions for each button and its use. If you need another copy of the owner's manual, please visit the support page for the headset at where you can download and printout a PDF copy of the owner's manual if you prefer or just review it...^IFV

Did anyone have the on/off slider casing rust inside the casing? They've worked for a year and a half but after doing all I could, they no longer turn on. They'll turn on and off randomly from wiring issues. Good set but failed faster than expected.

My volume is very low what do I need to do

Slide the VOLUME jog button to the “+” position and the FF/REW jog button to the REW position at the same time for 1 second to mute/unmute the microphone during conversation. ^AC

everything is paired with the phone and headset. I can call and receive calls but the headset does not vibrate when receiving calls. I held the volume button on the headset and it said vibration on. The phone vibrates but not the headset.

Using the LG HBS 810 I'm finding that the Galaxy Note 8 is audibly ringing and reading my messages and other selected apps thru the speaker while also transmitting (ringing and verbiage) thru the headset. This has just started. Any recommendations?
