Called about defective headset and cannot get a replacement or repaired because I cannot find receipt since I moved. If I received confirmation of my warranty on file it should be replaced. Not Happy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from compair headsets I bought the HBS 810 headset, after owning and using 720's, 770's, and 1100's. I am completely perplexed as to why LG still sells all the different models other than the 810's none of the others have the overall usability of the 810's. I have had and used the 810's now for over 6 months. Still going strong. Only thing I would like to be done is to have noise cancelation to take loud background noise out for the people that i'm talking to on the phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great while it worked! I bought this LG HBS-810, headset at a local warehouse club and I immediately loved their sound quality! Pros: Headset itself is pretty light and flexible. This makes it a breeze to wear on or store away contrary to the Infinim model which is much more rigid with more heft. Sound is very clean with plenty of bass without being overpowering. Almost a year in and running out of it's warranty, I started to experience issues with the audio on the right side. I requested a repair online through LG to which they immediately provided an online label. Total shipping and repair time took around 4 days. They even went ahead and replaced my headset with a newer model the HBS 820. Overall, I'm very pleased with LG's customer service!

I can not return them because I don’t have the receipt any longer. I am actually using my old LG headsets. They work much better the newer garbage. I will never purchase another headset made by LG. I am so mad at your customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable to wear with great sound! This is amazing! It’s so comfortable I can almost forget I’m wearing it. Single hand use for pausing music making phone calls and has great sound. The thing I love the most is the retractor bull earbuds. No more cords dangling and other models have the cord on the outside and they don’t stay in place and get snagged easily.

My volume is very low what do I need to do

Please be sure to turn the volume up on the Bluetooth device and the handset. Please give us a ring at 1-800-243-0000 when you are with the unit for more troubleshooting, if needed. ^AC

The blue LED light isn’t coming on when I try to charge my headset. It’s not charging anymore and I don’t know why. Is there a fix for this? Idk what caused this

It might be that the USB Charging cable that came as an included accessory with your LG LG TONE ULTRA® Premium Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-810 is defective. Try using the cable for your phone to see if the Blue LED turns on to indicate that it is charging...^IFV

 How do I unmute my microphone on my headset model number HBS810

Slide the VOLUME jog button to the “+” position and the FF/REW jog button to the REW position at the same time for 1 second to mute/unmute the microphone during conversation. ^AC

everything is paired with the phone and headset. I can call and receive calls but the headset does not vibrate when receiving calls. I held the volume button on the headset and it said vibration on. The phone vibrates but not the headset.

Using the LG HBS 810 I'm finding that the Galaxy Note 8 is audibly ringing and reading my messages and other selected apps thru the speaker while also transmitting (ringing and verbiage) thru the headset. This has just started. Any recommendations?
