What people are saying
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great for Listening, Not Useable for Phone Calls. I’ve owned 8 LG headsets over the years and this generation of headsets are completely useless. The HBS-1100, HBS-810, etc have been great and I’ve used them for years. The HBS-830 and HBS-835 that I recently purchased both receive constant complaints from the receiving ring side of a phone call that I sound muddled, I’m hard to hear, etc. I’ve tried different phones, both AT&T and Verizon, and have the same issues. If I switch back to my HBS-810, the complaints all go away. LG, please save me the canned response about trouble shooting, I’m in the industry and know how to use these. Either the echo reduction or noise cancellation settings are wrong or the microphone hardware is simply junk in these headsets. If you just want them for music, the 835’s sound good though....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete waste of money! I have had this device for less that 90 days and have used it maybe only 3 times because I cannot depend on it. It constantly looses connection and then while device is connected not will not allow phone to make sound on msge or incoming call.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great for listening, horrible for talking This product allows the owner to listen clearly, however, speaking into the device delivers a muttled sound that is inaudible to the receiver

Why does my HBS-830 keep disconnecting from my Samsung Galaxy Note 5? Sometimes it just cuts out where I can't hear the audio, but other times it completely disconnects, so I have to turn it off then on again to connect. Please help!
