What's. Wrong with my hbs 850s they are new and have barley and volume and headset and phone both turned all the way up

I like the headphones but they keep disconnecting and say surcharge out of range when the phone is in my hand or on my belt how can I fix it

Just bought and am missing extra ear gels (small) it says it came with.....

My lg tone active headset has a problem with the volume it only goes up to 1/8 volume but I've had them for almost 5 months and no longer have the receipt that I can find! I paid a lot of money for them is there something else I can do to get them fixed

I bought my lg tone active headset in August of of this year and one ear piece stop working. Does it come with factory warranty? What would I need to do?

I use my headset primarley for talking on the phone and everyone says its so loud and they can hear everything that is going on in the backround. Does these have a noise canceling feature

It is recommended to check the location of the microphone pinhole to see if it can be shielded from outside noise. Volume was working good then it won't quieter and won't turn back up any loader button beeps like its all the way up
