Right headphone wire shorts
I got this for a gift a long time ago and found it a little bit ago because I had lost it when I was moving and then I found them in a box and started using them and a month later the right side headphone were is lose and shorting and it sucks because I can’t order a new one but it works when I don’t move but the second the wire is even barely and slightly moved it starts shorting and the sound goes in and out and I have no way to repair the actual wire inside of the earpeace and it sucks because there comfortable and I like them but they were brand new when I got them and I don’t have the receipt for them not that it would matter but it really sucks because I really could be using them now and I’ve tried to find a video or something to help me repair them but couldn’t find anything but sound quality was good until it’s started shorting.

Is there a way to make the neck band on the tone active larger? I have a large neck and it puts the microphone too far off to the side and I have a hard time being heard in phone conversations.

What are the earbud made out latex, rubber, or some other material? My wife is allergic to latex but she needs a hands free device that will allow her to drive, and focus on the road.

My wireless headphone , Tone active has a broken wire slightly. And doesn't work on that side. It's still under warranty, how do auger the store to fix it and , you pay for it cause it's still under warrenty
