But the AT&T Store offered to do an in-store replacement, so I chose that option. The replacement set, however, lasted conveniently just over a year (which placed it out of warranty), and did the same thing. I thought a company like LG would produce a higher quality of merchandise. I will never again own anything made by LG.

I have noticed several people complaining of losing sound on one or both sides... If you wear them a lot, try cleaning out the ear holes on the head set... I've only lost sound when the ear buds got clogged and needed to be cleaned out...

I work outdoors in the construction field in Florida. 95° heat, 100% humidity, afternoon thunderstorms and what feels like a gallon of sweat per day has not fazed it. I couldn't be happier with it's performance and reliability. Great product, I highly recommend this to anyone who is tough on their gadgets!

However, sound stopped coming out of one side after about two months of use. I was told the product was out of warranty and would cost about as much to fix as to replace. Given the short life of the product and poor warranty backing it, I would give the HBS-850 1 star.

Is there a way to make the neck band on the tone active larger? I have a large neck and it puts the microphone too far off to the side and I have a hard time being heard in phone conversations.

My right earbud stopped working, I can't hear anything out of the right side?

How to Change the language

My wireless headphone , Tone active has a broken wire slightly. And doesn't work on that side. It's still under warranty, how do auger the store to fix it and , you pay for it cause it's still under warrenty
