Rated 2 out of 5 by from headset fits well around the neck, get many complaints from caller that they can't hear me well or it's garbled. I tried speaking louder and slower and that didn't work. I raised the headset from the resting spot on my neck to the top of my neck by my chin and then they could hear me better, but said it still sounds like I'm talking in a barrel.

My right earbud stopped working, I can't hear anything out of the right side?

If the volume on the headset has been raised, as has the volume of the phone, and the sound still cannot be heard properly, then the unit may require service. I just bought my LG Tone Active Set From a friend at work and they seem to die quite quickly. Is there a way to turn them off at night or anyway i can save battery....

Is there a store warranty for these or just the company warranty?

Is this can be use, in samsung chromebook?or other laptop that has a bluetooth capabilities?

The first week I paired it to my iPhone 5 with no issues after that it didn't want to stay paired. Just switched to the iPhone 6s Plus and can't even get it to locate the headset. It's locating other items. I have checked every setting possible.

Does this product have active noise reduction?

I found no mention about active noise reduction being a feature for this headset. There is a list with all the features and not seeing it, leads to be believe they do not. AT&T Mobility Care Team
