Lastly, I sent it back before warranty expired...they choose not to fix it and told me there's nothing they can do. Will not buy another lg product. In my exp, they do not support their product, why should I buy another one.

Is it water resistant?

How can I fix the retractor on my ear bud wire

My volume is very low how can I get it higher

When trying to charge the headset what does it mean if its blinking blue?

According to the information in the User’s Guide, it is normal for the Blue LED indicator light to blink 2 times, every 5 seconds, when a call is connected or the Headset / Hands-Free profile is active.
