Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT GOOD This is the third pair of that i have purchased. First i lost on vacation, my fault. Second paid just stopped working could not hear anything but it seemed as though it was charging. Third pair again stopped working. All with in a year of getting them. The second pair i tried to go through the warranty process but they wanted the reciept and box, of course i did not have either. Now im again going to try to do the warranty...TO BE CONTINUED.....

I bought these with a 4 yrs warranty but i have no information about the warranty. How do i go about the replacement plan?

When the ON/OFF switch is in the off position, the indicator light still blinks blue.  Why?  I believe this is affecting my battery life

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Bluetooth Headset. According to the information on page 12 of your owner’s manual, the Blue LED indicator light will blink 4 times when the power has been deactivated. This is normal operation.

Can the language on the HBS 900 be changed? My device seems to be Japanese?

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. Our headsets are not designed to change languages. As such, either the language setting is found on the phone, or this individual device was distributed in a different market, and not intended for distribution in the US.

I'm having a problem with my microphone. I can search on Google with "ok google" and I can it will register every word I say but, when I get a phone call the person on the other side can't hear me but I can hear them. How can I fix my problem?

Got my head phones in late December early January of this year and they recently stopped working. As in they indicate they are charging while plugged in but once removed from charger no light, no power on and off nothing dead. Any kind of warrenty
