Rated 1 out of 5 by from HBS-910 not reliable I have bought this device twice and have had to return for repair on three separate occasions. 2 returns related to one side of the earbuds loss of 80% sound and 1 return related to microphone not working. When on a phone call, person could barely hear my voice. This is a great company and honors their 12-month warranty but "this product in specific" is not reliable and an alternative should be considered before you purchase. Perhaps related to the retractable ear bud cord, not sure.

I have Hbs 1100 and Hbs 910. I prefer the 910 but the right ear bud has a short. I'd like to have it fixed or get a new one. How do I find a new one or repair mine. The sound is so much better in the 910. Thanks for any help.

My LG HBS-910 headset has recently started acting up there past few days. When I receive a call usually i can swipe the volume button and it will usually say the name or number that is calling now it does not say the caller id.

We would recommend unpairing your device and then repairing it to the phone. This should resolve the issue.

When I try to answer a call it beeps and says "call answered" but does not actually answer the call.and so my phone keeps ringing the headset keeps vibrates so I try it again and again same thing happens. It says "call answered" but continues to ring.

Hello and Yes. Press and hold the CALL button for 1 second to activate Voice Command. For best results, record the voice dialing tag through your headset. NOTE: If your phone does not support voice dialing, this action may activate Last Number Redial.

According to the information listed in your User’s Guide, LG Electronics warrants this product to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase by a consumer, and for a subsequent period of one (1) year. Should your product need warranty service, please return it to the dealer from whom it was purchased or contact your local LG Electronics contact center to get further information.
