Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good so far I have owned several of the LG Infinim Bluetooth headsets. This unit has several design changes from the previous versions I have bought. The main thing that I do not like is the button layout. The big phone answer buttons of the past that used to be easily accessed at the top front of the collar piece is now a little button that is on the side of the device. It isn't that big of a deal, it just takes some getting used to... This model has "Tone Adjustment" dials for each ear, but I dont really notice a difference in the sound levels when these dial are manipulated. I only hope that the reoccurring problem that I have had has been corrected. With all of my previous units, the retractable earbuds would stop working after between six months and a year. The longest I have had a working device was about 14 months. My fingers are crossed...

The rest of the the time ( which is a lot) driving, working around the house etc. I only wear one of the earphones and I've never had any problems with notifications or connectivity (well except when I walk off and forget my phone, and even then it tells me that I have). the only strange experience that I had was when I stood too close to a really BIG electric pump, but I still heard the interference and as I walked away it reconnected and was fine. Apparently, they designed the wires to be Very tough. I can't even count the times that I have taken off a shirt over my head, expecting them to be DONE every time... They still sound as awesome now as they did when I got them. THANK YOU SO MUCH LG for finally designing earphones that would stand up... Even to me Todd Cooper

how do i pair my 920lg Bluetooth headphones They are the silver ones. That retract

Please see the following: >> Easy Pairing a) Slide the power switch to the ON position. b) If it is your first time pairing the device it will automatically enter pairing mode. If it has been paired but no paired device is in range it will enter pairing mode after 10 seconds. • The LED indicator will be solid blue. c) On the device you wish to pair, find the Bluetooth menu and search for or add new devices. d) Select LG HBS920 from the list of devices. e) If asked for a Pass/Pin Code enter 0000 (4 Zeros). f) Once the devices are paired, you will hear “Your headset paired.” >> Manual Pairing - (pairing with another phone or re-pairing) a) With the power off, press the CALL button and slide the power switch to the ON position at the same time for 2 seconds. b) When the headset enters Pairing Mode, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light. After the procedure repeat Easy Pairing steps c through f.

I purchased my headset about 1 year ago and have used it maybe 2 or 3 times on trips. While using it today the right ear piece is not working. Is there some remedy?

When using headset caller states I’m hard to hear or sound like I’m in a hole or very far away from mic but no success with adjusting the headset

Same problem here. Great for music but not for talking on the phone. Too much background noise and it sounds like you are in a tunnel or small bathroom

Yes, the HBS-920 is compatible with Tone & Talk. T&T supports various functions, including text and voice directions and calling. To install Tone & Talk, scan the QR code to the right or go to the Google Play™ store and search for “LG Tone & Talk” ^AC
