Rated 3 out of 5 by from A great headset series: not a great version I've had the HBS 900 for a few years, using them everyday; what a lot of pleasure! The sound for clear and full, the controls EZ to use. Two months ago the left side stopped working, no sound at all and I've read that this is a common problem. I searched for a replacement and assumed the HBS 920 would have even better great sound with some new features. Disappointing. The sound is tinney to the point of unpleasant - the bass control of the ear buds does almost nothing and seems gimmicky. Finally, the controls are slightly re-positioned enough to be ergonomically challenging. I'm now used to them and still each time I use the volume control- I either hit the retraction button with my thumb or the call button with my palm; the on-off switch is hard to reach while wearing. Buttom line for me, I could put up with the control issues of the HBS 920- although I find them challenging- if I could have the nice full sound of the HBS 900. But in general, I remain a huge fan of the retraction design of all the headphones in the series.

I purchased my headset about 1 year ago and have used it maybe 2 or 3 times on trips. While using it today the right ear piece is not working. Is there some remedy?

How do I connect my headphones to my PS4?

We would be unable to offer instructions on connecting the Bluetooth headset to the PS4, as we are not familiar with the PS4 settings and capabilities. The Bluetooth headset will automatically enter pairing mode once they are powered on, but for assistance connecting to the PS4, it would be suggested to contact Sony for better assistance.

Is there a way to increase the microphone volume? I keep getting complains that no one can hear me unless I'm screening.
