the power switch versus a power button seems to be a design flaw. I've used 3 different pair of your headsets. the power button has lasted the longest without issues. the power switch became inoperable due to sweat in my opinion.

How do I turn the headset I to a speaker? The ear buds work but I can’t figure out how to turn it i to a speaker.

If you slide the Speaker mode switch to the ON position, the device will enter Speaker mode. It is located on the side above the Previous/Next button (Only the right speaker will work during a voice calls)
