I have a set of the blue and black actvie+. Is there a way I can send them back to be fixed? I don't have a warranty on them. I really love them. Would it be cheaper to buy a new pair or get these fixed?

Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance with where to send the LG TONE Active+™ Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-A100 for repair or exchange. LG does not generally repair this headset and would normally exchange for a new headset, however, this headset is a discontinued product so it is no longer available and you may be better of just buying a new pair if you can still find them...^IFV

Hello Dhin77! Great question! You would not need to have a DirecTV subscription in order to add the Samsung Galaxy Tab E to an existing line. If the volume on the headset has been raised, as has the volume of the phone, and the sound still cannot be heard or is unbalanced, then the unit may require service. When I use the external speakers on my new Active+ for speaker phone, only the right side speaker is active. Should both speakers be active?

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. According to our information, regarding this model, ifyou slide the Speaker Mode switch to the ON position the device will enter the Speaker Mode. Only the right speaker will work during a Voice Call.
