My first pair I paid FULL price for at Verizon wireless and I forgot to register my product online. I called the number to get a representative on the line to send it back and they threw me for a loop. I had the pink pair of Tone Active. I truly loved them until the buds started going out and I couldn't hear whomever I was on the phone with. Not a good buy! And I purchased TWO PAIR!

I bought this headset about 2 weeks ago and i love the sound but i have to say that unfortunately the Mic. is terrible and cuts in and out and people cant seem to hear me when i am talking. I had an older model for 7yrs and never had these issues so it is slightly disappointing.

First off the price point was great I caught it on sale at my local T-Mobile. I had the previous model but I liked this one better because the ears are retrackable and it has longer range. On top of all this its way sturdier in quality and not as flimsy as previous models.

A few time, the inviduals that I am talking are not able to hear me and/or the conservation is in and out. 90 percent of the time the sound is crystal clear. Not sure if I should keep them or buy a better quality Headset. I need a headset that is Water and Sweat Resistant or Proof

Are firmware updates provided for the HBSA80? I had the HBS810, one earbud failed so I got the A80. It is a definite downgrade. Hoping there is new firmware to improve it so I can continue to like LG.
