Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Sound Quality and Ergonomic Design I have owned this unit about a year. It took a long time to get used to it as I had trouble understanding how to get both sides of the earbuds working simultaneously as the right side of the earbud won't work without the left been active. Once I figured out getting it to work the sound that it produces is just pure quality. Awesome bass. Call clarity is acceptable. Two issues with it is that they don't fit into the earlobe snugly as they easily fall out. On a few occasions they have dropped from my ear and thought I'd lost them. Secondly is the challenge of connecting them back into the neck brace as you have to hold the neck brace in order to securely connect the earpiece. To overcome the problem I bought the cradle for it. I hope a newer version will be made that addresses the concerns already expressed.

I really like this idea. But have noticed a lot of bad reviews on this Page and amazon. have these issues been resolved with the failure rate and is there a newer updated model?

Hello Jim, Check the battery charging status. If the battery is sufficiently charged, reconnect the earbuds again by referring to “HBS-F110 Pairing and Connecting” in the owner's manual found in the link. If that does not work, please give us a call at 1-800-793-8896. ^AC

Does the audio play in only one ear for phone calls? This may sound like a stupid question, but I am returning my 2nd brand name purchase of wireless in-ears because this is apparently a thing. Apple EarPods work, but I want better quality.

Is the only volume control at the phone itself most headsets have volume control on the headset also

Hello, as per the manual, You can adjust the volume from the LG Tone & Talk app connected to HBS-F110. To prevent hearing loss, a control sound is played twice or at length when controlling the volume at high volumes You cannot adjust the volume on HBS-F110. Adjust in-call volume from the device connected to HBS-F110. ^AC

I cannot get the right ear piece to produce sound. It turns on and makes a beeping noise when I press the button on it, but will not play the music that is playing on the left one. Please help me solve this problem or help me connect the two ear pieces?
