Nice to have several options for ear bud size to balance retention in the ear and comfort. Great range, not great audio and over time the microphone has lost amplication. Perhaps due to debris.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sounded Great the First Week Now it's sounds great in only the left bud. It has never been dropped or got wet. While listening to Kindle music I pressed what I thought was the + volume but I may have pressed both +/- and may have had a finger on one of the right side switches (?). The right bud hasn't worked since with Kindle, tablet or phone. There is nothing in the manual and nothing online about it.

How do I turn on the bluetooth or get my headset connected to my phone?

With the Power inactive, press the CALL button and move the power switch to the ‘ON’ position at the same time, for 4 seconds. When the headset enters the Pairing Mode, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light. On the device you wish to pair, find the Bluetooth menu and “search for” or “add” new devices. Select “LG HBS-700” From the list of devices. If asked for a Pass/Pin Code enter 0000 (4 Zero’s). Once pairing is complete you will hear a beep. The HBS-700 will automatically turn off if not paired within 3 minutes.

I just received a HBS-700 Bluetooth Stereo Headset, I've been charging it for the past 5-6hrs. & the LED indicator is still solid red instead of blue. Does this means something is wrong? Please Help!

Tone pro...is there a setting or is it an error that one side is louder than the other?

When answering a call, the Bluetooth start dialing and has to be disconnected to speak  to the caller. What could be the problem?
