Nice to have several options for ear bud size to balance retention in the ear and comfort. Great range, not great audio and over time the microphone has lost amplication. Perhaps due to debris.

While listening to Kindle music I pressed what I thought was the + volume but I may have pressed both +/- and may have had a finger on one of the right side switches (?). The right bud hasn't worked since with Kindle, tablet or phone. There is nothing in the manual and nothing online about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value - Great Battery Life - Recommended The LG Tone (HBS700) is an excellent product. I have used these almost every day for the past 1-2 years without any problems. The battery life is way better than any other products I have tested. Additionally the sound quality is pretty good, in fact, I would say very good when considering these are bluetooth. I use these for working out, making calls, and while mowing the grass in my yard. Also note, for music, you can give the sound a boost in quality by holding down the + and - volume buttons for a couple of seconds. I didn't know about this boost until I had these for over 6 months and was quite pleased with the added punch that was delivered. I know there are other products (even updates from LG) on the market but for my money, these are awesome. I haven't seen (or heard) a bluetooth headset that has this good of battery life and happens to also sound good for this price. Highly recommended!

My ear canals are very small for an adult so I bought BudLoks which secures them in my ear. Nice to be wireless and listen to podcasts and music and be able to answer phone without a big hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The sound is GREAT! I bought two pairs of these headphones- one for my husband, and one for myself. He uses his mainly for answering calls in the car. I use mine for listening to music and audiobooks at work. I thought I would have a problem with them, because I don't like things around my neck. No turtleneck sweaters... no scarves wrapped around... but these are flexible enough that you know they are there, but they sit just in the right spot- right on that neckbone, so you don't feel uncomfortable or choked at all. The 'talk time' is 10 hours. In my experience- that is 10 hours BEFORE it starts getting spotty. People have said that they experience problems when the phone swings behind the headphones, but the only connection problems that I have ever experienced, is that you may experience brief interruptions when you put water between you and your phone. #I work in a small office, and I can roam around the office while leaving my cell phone on my desk. The only problem I have had was using the restroom or washing my hands in the breakroom. Hence the water between you and your phone comment.# For calls: The quality is very good. I don't generally like using headphones for calls, because in my past experience, whether corded or wireless- people usually have problems hearing me. But- I am heard just fine on these. I used to be a phone service rep, so I automatically cup the microphone, so that I can be heard when it's windy. #For those of you who had a problem with taking calls on windy days.# For music: The sound quality is excellent. Matter of fact- these are probably the best pair of headphones I have ever owned. Some audiobooks are recorded low, and you have to turn the sound all the way up on regular headphones to be able to hear the narrator. On these headphones- the loudest I've probably ever had them was halfway. Cons: The little plastic cord managers are very easy to break off. My husband has broken two already. I had pity on him and gave him one of mine, but now he has broken that one as well. Also- the little silver label with the model number on it could be placed somewhere else, just because it sits at the base of your neck- eventually your perspiration and the rubbing against your skin is going to peel it right off. That's right- the only drawbacks I've seen so far are completely cosmetic. I do have a warning though- because of the weird way these things are shaped- you will have perfect strangers come up to you and ask you about them. I've been stopped a number of times #usually in a grocery store# by people with questions. How much it costs... how good is the sound quality... does it chafe your neck at all...

How do I turn on the bluetooth or get my headset connected to my phone?

With the Power inactive, press the CALL button and move the power switch to the ‘ON’ position at the same time, for 4 seconds. When the headset enters the Pairing Mode, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light. On the device you wish to pair, find the Bluetooth menu and “search for” or “add” new devices. Select “LG HBS-700” From the list of devices. If asked for a Pass/Pin Code enter 0000 (4 Zero’s). Once pairing is complete you will hear a beep. The HBS-700 will automatically turn off if not paired within 3 minutes.

I just received a HBS-700 Bluetooth Stereo Headset, I've been charging it for the past 5-6hrs. & the LED indicator is still solid red instead of blue. Does this means something is wrong? Please Help!

Tone pro...is there a setting or is it an error that one side is louder than the other?

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. The left arm of the headset contains the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons, along with the CALL button and LED indicator. The right arm has the REW/FF buttons and the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP button.

When answering a call, the Bluetooth start dialing and has to be disconnected to speak  to the caller. What could be the problem?
