Nice to have several options for ear bud size to balance retention in the ear and comfort. Great range, not great audio and over time the microphone has lost amplication. Perhaps due to debris.

While listening to Kindle music I pressed what I thought was the + volume but I may have pressed both +/- and may have had a finger on one of the right side switches (?). The right bud hasn't worked since with Kindle, tablet or phone. There is nothing in the manual and nothing online about it.

I had my headset only 90days and it stop working due to sweat what do I do? I still have the receipt

You will need to contact the LG Support Center at (800) 243-0000 to ask them for an address for where to send the LG Tone, Bluetooth Wireless Headset, Model # HBS-700 and the original receipt to for repair. The HBS-700 are not sweat proof nor water resistant headsets so that might not be covered under warranty, but they will inform you when the headset is received and diagnosed...^IFV

Still no stereo on bluetooth, what settings?

Phone is LG G3, and setting there is stereo; balance is in the middle for left and right.

Hello dakotadj. There is nothing to set up on the LG Tone™ Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-700. If anything, you need to check the settings for the device that you're streaming from and make sure that it is not in mono mode. If it is then you might have a broken cord for the channel that is not working...^IFV

Reset the device

How can I get HBS700 to reconnect to my iphone 6?

For some reason, I can't reconnect to my HBS 700. I've never had an issue before, but now my iPhone6 will not recognize my headset. I think it might have to do with the iOS update. I'm currently running iOS 8.3. What can I do to make them connect?

Fix for the volume?

How do i get rid of "robot voice" connection?

On every single call i start to get "robot voice" from the person i am talking to. It sounds all mechanical. This happens with the phone right next to the device. I am used to getting this with other devices when you are going out of range. But this happens every single time, right next to the phone. The support site has ZERO content to help you. Cannot get headset to connect

Currently the headset does not connect with the default driver setup that comes with windows Bluetooth software. it will recognize the headset but not install the drivers to get it to work. After checking many blogs, this appears to be a common isue for these headsets. Is there a way to get actual drivers for the headset? Windows 7 x64 ebterprise edition does not just install these and they work.

How do I get the microphone to work consistently?

I love this device and received as a gift. My mom has one too. However we both have issues consistently where we'll be using the headset as a bluetooth headset on a phone call and the person on the other line can no longer hear us speaking, but we can hear them. It seems like the microphone goes out for some reason. Would that be caused by interference from another BlueTooth device? How do we fix it? Do we just have to buy new ones? Our devices both have trouble but my husband's has not had issues. If ours were more reliable with the microphone I would recommend to everyone. How do we fix it??

We appreciate your interest in this Bluetooth Headset. To activate or deactivate the VIBRATE function, press and hold VOLUME UP button for 3 seconds. You should hear a beep when the function is activated or deactivated. When this device is set to vibrate off, it will not vibrate either when receiving ‘incoming calls and being ‘out of range’. By powering the unit off and then powering the unit back on, the vibration functionality will be reactivated automatically.

How to get device to speak contact name or number

How can I get caller ID to speak speak contact name on this device. It only produces the call tone. I have talking caller Id on my galaxys3 and would love it to tell me who's calling so I don't have to pull my phone out of the holster to look at it. Yes. In Multi-Connection mode, only one device can be used to make/receive calls, and the other connected device can only be used for streaming audio. Instructions on how to do this can be found on page 6 in your owner’s manual.
