I wasn't waiting for anything professional, but the quality is so poor, the colors are so off that it makes me wonder if it is broken. The Pocket printer app it is so bad, so slow, and it so crashes, it is not even worth trying to use it. I bought this in December of 2014 to go on vacation and I just could not use it because the whole process was painful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from waste of money for a cutesy gadget. On a whim I asked for this for Christmas. My daughter bought it on EBAY. It arrived with no English instructions and no charger in the box. Fortunately I had other chargers that worked. I finally found English instructions on-line after a 20 minute search on the LG website so I could turn it on. The only picture I printed so far was way too yellow. I had planned to take this along on vacations to hand out as I took pictures of friends. texting is easier and better quality. I doubt the Korean seller will take it back, so I will play with it, but do not bother for pictures the size of a business card unless you have extra money to throw around.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Creative product Overall I give this product good credit, however, the constraint is you have to use it with their specific app. And I have a Google Nexus 7 tablet which the app does not supported. In this case I can only use my smartphone for this printer. In addition, the photo quality getting worse after few photos print out. Hope LG can add the app to Google Nexus 7 tablet. And figure out more solution on maintaining photo's quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is so awesome!!! I bought this printer a short time ago and use it so much. I write my relatives and are able to include a photo immediately. There is no ink to buy which is something I always have to with a regular printer. The ink is in the paper somehow, and the printer fits right in my purse. Pair your smartphone to it and you can touch the printer and phone together and picture instantly starts to print. I LOVE THIS LITTLE THING!!!

My printer has started to print with less vibrant colors and turning the pictures yellowish as if it is low on ink. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

There are a few things that can change the quality of the picture being printed such as humidity, vibrations or shocks. To troubleshoot this: Turn off the device and insert Smart Sheet locating at the bottom of the papers. Then try printing again.
