Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY disappointed First phone failed after less than a year. Sent back under warranty. Replacement has now failed in same way as first phone. Seems to be a dinosaur anyway. AT&T app to check my account does not work. Many "secure connection failed" errors. Renders many sites, Drudge, for example, worthless. Local AT&T store had no idea as to the cause of the problem with the first phone. Customer support was so-so, too. Phone is OK for calls and text messages, but that's about all. AVOID! BTW, this is second attempt at submitting a review!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from front screen broke in less a year I bought this phone in Nov 2017, and by July 2018 the front screen already malfunctioned. The front screen suddenly has an orange leaf-like pattern at the top right corner, and this orange pattern persists when I turn off the phone. No user manual or phone setting can change that situation. The rest of the phone is still working. But I can no longer see the battery status or the complete phone numbers of incoming calls. This orange partially blocks the display. This happens within the first year. What is the next thing of the phone to break down?
