Rated 4 out of 5 by from Frustrating I got this phone about a year ago and it is a pain. It is always changing my wallpaper on me to those stupid umbrellas and it changes my ringtone too. Also some of the time my sound wont work. The camera lets me take pics but a lot of the time when I go to view them it tells me they are in the wrong format and I lose the picture. On the up side I seem to have good signal just about everywhere even when the rest of my family doesnt. It holds a charge pretty long too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A "Glitchy" Buy I bought this phone and was so impressed by the appearance that I thought for sure I would love it. As soon as I started to use it I realized that the looks of this phone are quite deceiving. It looks like it's a strictly touch-screen phone, but the only time you ever use it is to make phone calls. The screen can be glitchy and delayed when sliding the keypad in and out. One time I sent a message and slid the keypad in and the screen completely froze and I had to turn it on and off. The keypad is very awkward to use and difficult to figure out, especially at first. It still works to this day, but I've gotten a new phone since then because I grew so frustrated with my LG Neon. It works to serve its purpose, but I'd definitely look into getting a different one if you can. Not really worth much and nothing new or interesting other than the fact of how surprisingly horrible and difficult to use it is. Pros- Looks cool, doesn't break easily Cons- Never really get to use the touch screen, hard to use keypad, screen easily freezes and glitches, occasional dropped calls or "can you hear me now?" moments, very frustrating to use

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Phone I Have Ever Owned I bought this phone about 2 years ago, and I loved it...for the first 2 months. Almost 2 months from the day I bought the phone, it stopped working properly. Call quality was horrible after this point. I would make a call and not hear anything for almost a full minute after I placed the call--all the while, the person I was calling could hear everything that was going on on my end of the call. You could imagine how well that worked the time I had to call 9-1-1 from the phone. At first I thought it was an issue with my specific phone, but after receiving a replacement from the warranty department the same thing happened within 3 months.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ugh While the LG Neon GT365 is very stylish and unique, it's lousy in the phone part. It's keyboard is designed for left handed people, which is good, but I don't think they have a right handed version of this phone. This phone won't work longer than about a year or less. I barely had mine for a month before it broke. I know this sounds pathetic but I only dropped it twice: once in the car and once in my bedroom on the soft carpet. But it had a case on so the damage really went to that. I love the largeness of the screen, the design, the 'knock knock' text message tone, and the moving picture wallpapers! But that's it, nothing more. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants a good longlasting phone. If you want a REAL phone, get a LG Prime.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Neon GT365 White At first I was very happy with this phone, alas nearly two years later I have had to exchange this phone 3 times and still have the same problems I had with the first one. The phone will turn off without any reason. I thought maybe I was sliding it shut too hard but then in the middle of a text message it suddenly turned off. The QWERTY is messed up in that the 'function' function will suddenly go in and out in the middle of typing. The L will leave a space so the word 'fully' will look like 'fu y' and the cursor will start jumping around and next thing my message will be completely jumbled and make no sense. It's especially irritating when it's a long message. Phone Calls and checking and receiving my voicemail are just as frustrating. When I make or receive phone calls, the first 5-7 seconds are always no reception until it kicks in. I have been told this is my service, but all the other phones we have don't do this and it has occured with EVERY neon 365 phone I have used. My voicemail does the same thing when I receive it and the actual recorded message is usually missing the beginning. As I said before, I was please with the phone when I started out and I liked it a lot, so it saddens me to give this phone a bad rating but I don't think it's even sold anymore. I can't wait to upgrade but I don't know that I will be using LG in the future for the phones. I do like the other electronics I have of LG. Computer screens, dvd players, all very satisfactory.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid at all costs Perhaps the worst phone I have ever owned. Extremely problematic for several reasons: 1. Turns off unexpectedly, several times a day. Can be in pocket, during a text, any time at all. 2. Call delay when making calls. Sometimes takes up to 13 seconds to be able to hear someone on the other line; however, they have already answered the phone, responded and become confused when you chime in after three "hello"s 3. Inability to retrieve multimedia messages. Phone will receive about 20% of all picture texts and 0% audio files. 4. qwerty keyboard is poorly designed so as not to mimic an actual computer keyboard, but to use the space as efficiently as possible. 5. having a touchscreen that only uses a specific number dialing application as its only functional aspect. The production of this phone was clearly a hasty effort, and all editing was lost in trying to bring it to stores as quickly as possible. Even the interfacing between the outbox and inbox is inconsistent. I have taken this phone back several times and have had many new phones and new parts put in. On the plus side it looks on the surface like a slick phone, and the menu system is navigable. Poor quality phone, and will not be trying any LG products in the future.
