Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Battery - Found Very Easy Solution I purchased this phone and along with others the battery only lasted a couple of hours while just sitting on 4G. I found after purchasing a extended battery that there is an antenna in the battery case which pretty much drains the battery. If you cover this antenna terminal with electrical tape the phone will last all day. There isn't any signal increase that I can see without it. Some of the cases don't come with the antenna which is how I figured out the solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from can't stand it buying this phone was a huge mistake. it always crashes, overheats, apps most of the time don't work, shuts down on its own, and has poor battery life. i go through battery without heavy usage in 50 minutes. REALLY!? buying a g3 next time

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Phone is horrible I have had my LG Viper less than two months, within the first I had to have Sprint order me another one because because it was extremely defective, overheated and wouldnt hold charge. I use my phone on a daily basis for my job..I have to have access to my emails, camera when I need photos of displays and it doesn't shoot clear pictures and when I text my order it has to be clear and my extreme issue is that it can be fully charged at 10 am and completely dead by 12 noon. I have to run around making my sales calls and I have to plug my phone in everywhere I go also I constantly have to delete things because it starts flickering and other things. I looked at all the specs for this phone and seemed that it would work for my job..I was wrong...Sorry to seem or be so harsh but this phone has made my life a nightmare but im stuck with it
