What people are saying
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had 2 of these over the years. Would absolutely love it if you brought this phone back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best cell phone - EVER!!!! My first Lotus was a "hand me down" when my wife changed to a cell phone. I liked it a lot. I wanted a black phone though and managed to find one on E-Bay for $12. I've been using that phone for about six years. The keys are no longer legible. Other than that it has served me flawlessly. I don't want or need a smartphone. I still have the red Lotus as the back-up. I refuse to yield to the smart phone peer pressure. The lotus does everything a phone needs to do and then some. I never have a reception problem, and the battery lasts a very long time. I think LG is missing the boat on not keeping their best product in production. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would continue to buy a reliable flip phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best phone I ever had I just want to start by saying that I know this phone is discontinued. I understand that, but it deserves all the credit in the world. I got it when it first came out, and of course after two years of owning it and watching the new smart phones come out I got tired of it. However, this phone never let me down. After it I upgraded to some htc phone which after a few months stopped cutting on. Who did I turn to? My Lotus. That phone went through rough some abuse throughout the years, but it was always there for me and worked perfectly until the very end. Sure, everything about it was outdated and blah, but it did everything well to the best of its engineered abilities. Overall I totally wish it was still out there because I would buy it again, just so I know I'll have a reliable phone to turn to when things get rough with these "nice new age" phones. Goodbye sweet Lotus, it was a nice 5 years you gave me.
