What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not much storage space I only have few apps as it cannot hold much space and even if I had only 5 apps like Facebook, FB messenger, Google Maps, Skype and Youtube saved on my phone I still get the 'Storage full' warning. I always make sure that on my camera it stores on my SD Card but still doesn't make any difference.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from can't update android Cool phone aside from the fact I can't get android to update. At&t says there is no update available. I'm stuck on version 4.0.4. Update problems aside, I like this phone. Its not the most modern phone available but it has quick memo (awesome feature) and its not too big to use with one hand. There should be more options for people who want a smartphone that is small And capable. Until a better phone comes along the lg escape p870 will have to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like my LG This phone is easy to use and besides being a phone I use it a lot on the internet. Most of the time it is with WiFi, but occasionally I use it when I'm not connected to the internet. I use the camera a lot and hardly ever use my digital camera anymore. The pictures are crisp and the videos also. We used it on a trip to Europe in July and the pics bring back wonderful memories.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from There are noticable drawbacks in this phone Overall it is a above average phone with some noticeable drawbacks, which beg for improvement! SW - Android 4.0.4 HW - P870 I have noticed that the response time can be relatively slow from time to time, which is mostly due to the way the CPU handles the OS instructions. I bet if the DDR was greater than 1 GB, it would be less noticeable. The absence of the flash really makes the camera less usable, so the overall value goes down. The battery is another week point, which degrades performance in addition to the application loading, so I have to manually turn most of the applications off. The major disadvantage of this phone is that my call parties always hear their echo voices, while I am inside a building or some kind of a room (I am using AT&T carrier), which is very frustrating to hear all the time from my interlocutors. I have also noticed the last issue being a legacy issue of LG phones, which needs a serious reconsideration. The call quality outside of buildings seems fine. I had my phone for about 1.5 year by now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This phone is not good The apps crash, the storage is bad, the phone freezes, glitches, and does all sorts of things you don't want it too. Little to no upsides to this phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good phone, but 2 major drawbacks This phone is mostly great. its fast, decent size, easy to use, and never crashes, but there is 2 major draw backs that prevent me from recommending this phone to anyone. The phones camera is always very dark. and there is no flash on the phone, so you have to be in a very bright area to get a decent picture. the WORST thing about this phone, is that you cant move apps to the SD card. there is very little internal storage, so you wont be able to have all the music, and all the apps you want. you are very limited. the SD card can only be used for photos and videos. also the battery is not very long lasting at all. i have had this phone for a little over a year until yesterday when it fell out of my pocket on a roller coaster, so i will now be getting a Galaxy Note 3.
