Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Good When I first got this phone 2 years ago, I was in love with it! However after 2 months I noticed it was getting slower and slower, to the point it would take literally a whole minute just to display 2 apps. Don't get me wrong, the display is amazing. and the whole main feature of the phone the Quick-memo button isn't really useful. The first time I dropped 2 years after getting it. The touchscreen stopped working. Which I'm thrilled about, Because now I have an excuse to get a new phone. And it certainly won't be this one. :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's been a nice phone! I'll have had this phone almost 2 years now. It's certainly not perfect, but it gets the job done. I got it because of the large screen and I love it, don't think I could go back to a smaller screened phone. Takes some getting used to talking on it. It does freeze up sometimes and I usually don't get texts that are sent in a group message, which is annoying. I charge my phone at night while I'm sleeping and usually about 1 or 2pm I have to put it back on the charger. Alarm clock doesn't always go off if there's a bunch of notifications also, so make sure to have a back-up alarm clock. Camera takes pretty nice pictures. The large screen makes emails, Facebook, texting, etc so much more enjoyable. It also gets a lot of people to talk to me about it, they want to know what it is since it's not a very popular phone but it's big! Has a lot of memory so you can take lots of pictures and have a bunch of apps and it doesn't seem to effect anything. I've dropped it many times over these last 2 years and there's no cracks, scratches or any problems with it from a drop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the lg-vs950 phone is the worse design ever to replace the battery you must buy special tools. you must take a lot of time to unscrew 2 of the tiniest screws on earth. after that you must pry off the back of the cover plate. you have to have a special tool for this too. none of these tools come with the phonel. taking the back off is not easy nor is it quickl. its a miracle if you don't loose or break the two screws. the special battery replacement tool kit I bought did not have the correct tool to unscrew the inside screw used to hold down the wire attaching the battery to the phone. I had to go buy another drive. I will never buy anything else from LG because this terrible design. you cant switch out batteries quickly when runs out of juice like all the other phones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Pho-blet Yeah, got lot of comments about its size initially, but now other phones are large too, so it's not as noticeable. The first one died quickly, within 2 weeks, but its replacement has lasted 2 years. I LOVE this phone. The browser was slow, but replacing it with Chrome solved that problem. There are power management issues, but I love the phone so much I have developed ways to compensate: keep it charging in the car, charge it every night while I sleep, turn-off bluetooth when not in-use, etc. LOVE the large screen. LOVE the many features. I have installed several apps and use it for everything: calendar, shopping lists, membership cards, navigation, EVERYTHING. Even bought a wallet-case for it that holds credit cards too, it's the only thing I usually carry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good While It Lasts I have had this phone for about a year, and I want to throw it out the window. I bought this phone because I am a gamer, and I wanted to play games on my phone as well, but the lag just kills it. It takes an ENTIRE MINUTE to load up 2 icons. No, just no.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone!!!! I have absolutely loved this phone and am saddened that it will no longer be available. The picture/video quality is the best I've seen. I feel I will be down grading picking anything else :( I will still be moving to an LG phone when my contract renews none the less because I know I can depend on and trust the quality of LG.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Half way through my contract and I cant stand it. I've only had this phone for a year, meaning I still have another full year with it, and I absolutely hate it. It runs slow and lags constantly. The battery only lasts a few hours tops even with a full nights charge. Not to mention half the time my text messages just don't send and half the time it won't even notify me that I have a text message when I do. I am seriously considering buying a full price phone so I don't have to deal with this for another full year.
