Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Phone Overall this is a pretty good easy to use phone. I've had it for over two years and the battery and everything still works good. The only issue is the fake silver ring around the front of the phone, it's painted on and starts to chip and wear off very quickly....why didn't they use real metal or colored plastic?? My boyfriend has also had the same phone and same thing with the paint. Other than that it is very durable....i've dropped mine over a hundred times i'm sure and it's never broken. We paid very little for these phones through Verizon since we were out of contract but I would never pay the full asking price for them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Phone I've had this phone for about 1 year now and it is still working fine. The standard battery holds a charge just fine. Was going to buy a bigger battery, but it work great with the battery it came with. Has plenty of good features. Also, the software works well with Vista & Windows 7 too (64-bit versions). Only had 1 problem with this phone. The chrome around the sides has completey came off. The phone is stury, didn't use the "scratch plastic protector" and still have no "scratches" on the front of the LED Screen. I'm pretty active so my phone goes with me EVERYWAY including working outside (welding, concrete work, ETC...). If you want a good phone, this is the one. Also the internal anntenna works great too. Some of my older phones had problems with reception, but not this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good idea that needs improvement I have owned this phone for over a year, and overall, I didn't think it was too bad. I had a few complaints: 1) When the phone is in vibrate mode and you are in a call, the first notice of an incoming text, etc, is audible, which makes sense. I had my phone set to remind me every two minutes when I miss a message, and after two minutes after the initial audible indicator (while in a call, remember), the phone would vibrate to remind me of the message while I have the phone against my ear in a call. 2) This phone needs ringer profiles. Switching from a loud profile to a soft profile (different ringtones, volumes, alert tones) is quite an effort because you have to change it all notification at a time. 3) I can turn on and off my text, picture, and voicemail message notifications and ringtone at the same time, but to change the reminder delays (Off, 2 minutes, 15 minutes), I have to do each one separately. That is cumbersome. 4) You have to use the PC-based software to sync MP3s to the phone. It would be much nicer to be able to use mass-storage mode on a PC or Mac to copy the files and have the phone read the ID3 tags like any regular MP3 player would do.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth $ Within the first month of owning this phone the chrome around the edges began to peel off. I have had the phone for less than a year, and it looks as though I have had it for more than 2, and I take very good care of my phones. I am extremely disappointed that I spent the money on a "sleek" looking phone only to have it look like garbage. Plus, the touch screen is beginning to become less sensitive and does not react as quickly as it did in the beginning. Very frustrating!
