Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad The phone is a year old and is already having issues. The phone does not charge oh, and I know it's not my chargers because I have magnetic chargers. On top of the fact that they're still new and they work with every other device that I plug them into. It slows down, and the battery drains pretty fast even when I have it on the charger

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok For Calling/Texting ONLY! My Mom and I bought two of the Stylo 5's from Cricket Wireless in May 2020...BIG MISTAKE!! About a month after we got them they began messing up. The keyboard started glitching and the phone began freezing/lagging. The battery life was TERRIBLE from the very beginning. I do not recommend using this phone for anything more than calling/texting because if you put any games or apps on it, it's gonna start messing up. I talked to someone at Cricket about it and they told me they couldn't help me and that I'd have to file a claim with LG. I'll never buy this phone again!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's alright!! For me when messaging swiping is everything.. But with this phone swiping is difficult. I have to delete, try it again & then i give up and input word manually. I hate it. If i could take this phone back i would most definitely. I also dislike how my apps are grouped together.. Like why open my app drawer too have to open up another folder to go to a specific app. It's just too much. That should be my choice of how my apps are categorized & stored.

Hello, I want to change the app from the internal memory to the micro sd, I have an LG Stylus 5 with Android 9. and it won't let me. and for me it is essential to move them how to do?

Asked by: Princessaki09
Unfortunately, without knowing which app it is that you are trying to move from the internal memory for the LG Stylo™ 5 | Cricket Wireless, Model # Q720CS, we cannot determine if this is an app that can or cannot be moved. Moving apps to an SD or microSD card is very simple on Android. Typically, bloatware and pre-installed apps cannot be moved to an SD card or microSD™ card. You can tap Settings > General Apps & notifications > App info then tap the app that you want to move to external storage. This will open up a separate page for that app, and here you’ll see “Storage Used” near the top. This might read “device memory.” Click the button underneath that says “Change.” Select the destination and then hit “Move.” Wait a moment, and your app will move, it’s that simple! If you find that you’re unable to move apps to the microSD™ card, the option simply won’t be available. Unfortunately, there is no quick list to see which apps can be moved to SD cards, so you’ll need to check each one manually. The Operating System for this phone is Android™ 9.0 Pie. Another option that is now baked into Android (since Android Marshmallow) is to tell Android to treat your SD card as internal storage. This is called “Adoptable Storage.” To do this, select Storage from your settings and then choose the SD card. Now select Storage Settings and select Format as Internal. As the name suggests, this will erase all data on your card so make sure it’s backed up! In Android Pie, you’ll be given the choice to move your content – including apps and media – to your newly formatted card. Keep in mind however that once again, not all OEMs support adoptable storage. It’s a simple process, though there are one or two annoying limitations baked in depending on the phone you own...^IFV
