What People Are Saying

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor broiling capability We do alot of broiling, summer vegetables especially. The broiler will not stay on with the door ajar. If you broil with the door closed, there is a tremendous build-up of steam in the oven, dripping down the sides. The door needs to be left ajar for steam to escape. We also broil egg frittata with the handle sticking out of the oven a bit but are no longer able to do this because the door must be closed all the way for the broiler to stay on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adds additional style to my new kitchen I am in the process of a kitchen remodel and the purchase of this oven has tied it all together. Love the look of the oven and having a double oven is a bonus. I oven is easy to program and cooks evenly. I was a little leary of having a black cook top but it is easy to care for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lots of features I have really enjoyed having the double oven. It makes cooking several dishes so easy. I like the different musical tunes that let me know which one is heated, timer ready, door open, etc. I have not tried the phone app yet but will try it soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this range! We’ve owned this LG electric range for a few weeks now. It has a ton of features, and I’m already using both ovens at one time. So far it’s great! The only issue I can see is with the knobs being on the front there is a chance they can accidentally be turned on when you lean on the front

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the best oven I have ever owned I am a professional baker and I've always wanted a double oven with convection. I wanted to give you 5 stars but it's not quite perfect. The next time you design this model, I would have the top oven bake convection also so I can bake 4 racks of cookies at once. One more upgrade, the convection oven needed to be at the top if all possible because that's what I use the most. Bending that far down to reach the pans is challenging. Hey, if the top was convection, that would take care of that problem for baking 2 racks of cookies! Looking forward to using the proof feature to bake some delicious breads.

Is it ok to put a hot dish directly onto a cool cooktop? For example, pulling a cookie sheet from the oven, do I need to put it elsewhere or could I put it on the cooktop directly?

Asked by: Amandajoy
The LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDE4411ST has a Ceramic Glass Cooktop. The sudden change in heat could crack the ceramic glass but the biggest concern is that placing something on the cooktop could scratch the cooktop and when you place something hot on a cool surface can cause the scratch to expand leading to the cooktop shattering. If you are going to place something hot on the cooktop, you may want to protect it from direct contact to be on the safe side...^IFV

We appreciate your interest in this electric range. The serial number will be located in one of two places: lower left door frame; back of the control panel.

I am filling out the warranty card.  Where do I find the serial number for my new lde 4415st electric range.?  Thank you.

Asked by: Nancy36
We appreciate your interest int his electric range. According to our information, it appears that the MODEL/SERIAL tag is attached to a metal strip that is hinged to the back of the control panel, in such a fashion as to be accessible over the top of the display.
