Love the double ovenVery convenient to be able to cook with two different temperatures in the double oven. My first convection oven and I think it cooks better. The burner tops work perfectly and the worm burner is great. I love the black stainless steel fingerprint resistant. Am very happy and a little impressed buy the oven

Frustrated by Black StainlessThe black stainless has a serious issue in that the coating can be easily scratched and there seems to be no way to repair it. Will make appliances look awful in a short time.

LG ProBake Convection delivers even baking results on every rack, every time. Inspired by pro-style ranges, this new LG range moved the heating element from the bottom of the oven to the back wall for optimal heat distribution. So you should not have a variation of temperature depending on the rack setting. ^CP

Hi! What is the absolute lowest heat setting for the convection oven? I'd like to be able to turn on the fan to use to slightly dry some recipes out but not have heat flowing where it will cook. Please tell me this is possible! Thanks so much!
Asked by: Karen8
We appreciate your interest in this electric range. According to the information listed on page 21 of the owner’s manual, it appears that lowest temperature specified on this model is 170 degrees, which is available on the BAKE setting. The WARM setting also appears to have a 170 degree lowest setting. However, the PROOFING setting will not operate if the oven is over 125 degrees, and is more common around 100 degrees.
