What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful stove Loved my brand new stove, unfortunately the two front burners stopped working, it wouldn’t turn on most of the time, it stopped working in the middle of cooking our meals and sometimes it just wouldn’t turn off. The stove lasted three years only. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dishwasher I wouldn't purchase the dishwasher with the control pad on the front again because it is constantly being brushed against when someone gets in the cabinets and it starts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LG oven This electric range was recommended by consumer reports, so I decided to buy it when our old one broke. So far, so good. I like that the large burners heat so efficiently. Also, the oven does not heat the area outside of itself very much, and as a result we have had to adjust our cooking times and temperatures downward, which is a good thing really. As is normal for a glass top, keeping it clean is a bit of a challenge, so that is the only negative so far

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome oven range I love my new stove! It is easy to clean, has great heating elements, and has a timer that plays a tune when it’s ready. I chose LG because of its reputation for excellent products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Parts not available I've owned this for three years, and the PCB panel went bad. Unfortunately, it's not in stock anywhere, and I've been without a range for about a month and counting. For what I've spent in eating out, I could have purchased a new range. If I can't find this part soon, I'll be buying a competitor's range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad I bought this in February and thought that the Easy clean feature was Self Clean. Boy, was the salesperson wrong. I called & exchanged it for the self clean. I am 71 and bake a lot. Even though it wasn't dirty, I tried the Easy clean feature. Let me tell you, Easy clean compared to Self clean is like comparing Easy Bake oven to a standard grown up oven. I am only too glad that the store exchanged my stove. I have ALL LG appliances & love them; washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator & stove. I abhor the Easy Clean feature. I would highly recommend LG but be careful not to be fooled by the Easy Clean feature or you'll spend 1 1/2 hours with your head in the oven like I did.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Lemon I've had this range for almost 2 years. In all that time, the oven has NEVER baked correctly. Regardless of the recipe, I've always had to factor in additional cooking time because the food is never completely cooked. I can count on the outside and edges to be over done and the center to be cold or uncooked.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ceramic came off on bottom of oven I am concerned that there are two spots where ceramic has come off, on the oven floor.

Where do I find out where my New LG stove model # LRE3193ST serial # is? Does the serial # tell me where the stove was made and when it was made? How do I read it to know when and where it was manufactured?

Why can’t I get my range to go to self clean mode it’s double oven range keeps going to a default won’t clean any ideas I can try

Asked by: Bigdogg44
The model number provided is for a single oven range. Per the model number provided, to start the self clean: 1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven. 2. Press the SELF CLEAN button. The oven defaults to the recommended four hour self clean for a moderately soiled oven. Press twice for a five hour self clean or three times for a three hour self clean. 3. Press START. 4. Once the Self Clean is set, the oven door will lock automatically and the lock icon will display. You will not be able to open the oven door until the oven is cooled. The lock will release automatically when the oven has cooled. ^AC
