What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many repeat repairs during and out of Warranty Initially were happy with new oven, but during first year oven would display F-09 at times. Multiple rpairs during warranty period for F-09 error. Repair technician warned us to "never" use clean function to avoid heat damage. We thought this was crazy to not use a key feature. Now out of warranty have had F-09 issues and repairs multiple times. We have other LG appliances and this oven has been the most dissapointing experience ever. Owned under 3 years. Is there any LG owner assistance?

When I turn my oven on to the preset 350, how come it heats to 500? Then I'll turn down set temp and then the temp won't stay up at all.

Asked by: Fick80
Hello Fick80, LG gas ranges have a built in function that increases the temperature during the pre-heating cycle to improve baking performance. This is to compensate for the door being opened, food put in, and the hot air escaping. This is the only cycle that this will occur in. The oven will cook at the set temperature during the baking cycle. ^AC

How do you keep the oven in warm mode just to keep newly baked food warm inside the oven without burning the food inside?

Asked by: Maria11
Unfortunately, this model does not have an available WARM function. However, you may keep the unit at 170 degrees for up to 3 hours. This would be the lowest temp setting available on the unit.
