I bought a use chrome book LG 22". How to reset it?

The LG Chromebase 22'' Class (21.5'' Diagonal), Model # 22CV241 is not a Chrome Book, it is an All-in-One Computer/Monitor. Regrettably, we do not have an LG Support Center in Pakistan and the closest LG Support Center to Pakistan that provides product support for your area is in India, https://www.lg.com/in. Most computers can be reset by navigating to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. You should see a title that says "Reset this PC." You can click Get Started then you can either select Keep My Files or Remove Everything. The former resets your options to default and removes uninstalled apps, like browsers, but keeps your data intact...^Ivan

My son has an LG Chrome all in one, and recently the screen started jumping around, and the screen graphics goes up and continues from the bottom. It is largely jumping  so much that I can't get it to sit still long enough to even perform any actions.

i need to install programs with a cd. How do i install programs with a cd if its an all in one desktop?

We appreciate your interest in this computer system. According to page 40 of the owner’s manual, it appears that this device does not support USB printers or Optical Disc Drives. If software has to be installed, it appears that it must come from either online or through an USB Flash Drive.
