What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does NOT dry clothes 12 hours drying ONE load and it still wasn’t dry! By the time the load was FINALLY dry they smelled like that awful smell of when you forget about the load in the washer and left it there a litttle too long. The sensor on this thing is WORTHLESS! We bought this dryer to “upgrade” our older model and this was definitely a HUGE downgrade! No wonder it’s discontinued

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very dependable I am delighted with my new washer/dryer. I just did realize how many improvements have been made to these appliances. The soon cycle on the washer is awesome. The double door dryer is great. It drys clothes so quickly. Thanks.

Hi. The door opens downward at a 45° angle and also at a full 90°, correct? I can only open it at the 45° angle. I read the book and it said press the button and pull forward but it isn't working. Any tips?

How many towels can be dried in 7.3 cu ft? I have the DLE 7200

Asked by: SWild
Hi SWild. A washer's capacity is measured in cubic feet which is a measurement of space and dirty laundry is measured by the pound which is a weight measurement and you can't do a one-to-one conversion. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 7.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry Technology, Model # DLE7200VE with its capacity of 7.3 cubic feet will hold an estimated load of about 20-22 lbs. If a large Bath Towel weighs about 1.6 lbs, that would mean you could fit between 12-14 bath towels. However, keep in mind that while it is economical in both utility costs and time management to do full loads, you should never cram clothes and overstuff a washer just because you can. You also have to keep in mind that 12-13 bath towels weigh a lot more when they get wet so you also don't want to put too much strain on the motor of the washer so you may want to reduce the number of towels that you put in the tub...^IFV

Question about "no spin" option: does the washer drain water COMPLETELY in the end of the cycle when using this option? As example, if I test this option with no clothes loaded would some water remain in the tub when (delicate) cycle has completed.

Where do I find and order the side-venting kit? 383EEL9001B per the LG spec page on the DLE7200VE

Asked by: JKftw
Your new dryer is shipped to vent to the rear. It can also be configured to vent to the bottom or side (right side venting is not available on gas models). An adapter kit, part number 3911EZ9131X, may be purchased from your LG retailer. This kit contains the necessary duct components to change the dryer vent location. ^AC https://lg.encompass.com/item/6148578/LG/3911EZ9131X/
