The cooling message is designed to display at the end of the drying cycle. If this is not drying properly, it is first recommended to clear the lint filter and the exhaust hose. You may also wish to check the moisture sensor bars, which are located on the lint filter housing. If each of these is clear and clean, and the unit still does not dry properly, then the unit may require service.
