Today I noticed that the sub is making a very muffled sound. Sounds like someone rubbing against a microphone. Can someone please tell me how to make it stop!?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bluetooth doesnt work well I bought this in November of 2015 and ever since the day I bought it the blue tooth has been completely bad. The device cuts out even when the blue tooth device is only 5 ft away or when you walk in between them.

I'm not ready to buy a high end expensive sound system so I wanted to find something with good price/value that provided better sound than the default sound from the TV with two additional criteria: 1) as much wattage for the price, and 2) smaller size footprint so the sound bar didn't take up too much room or look bulky. This soundbar from LG provided everything I was looking for (and more with the additional features supported). It sync'd up great with my LG TV and I enjoy it yet everyday! I preferred this model over the other ones by LG too because it had the grill cover. Other models I saw had no grill and the speakers were exposed.

Is there any way I can stop any unwanted people connecting to my sound bar?

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this system pairing. It is suggested to attempt resetting the system in order to revoke this pairing. Press the VOLUME DOWN button on the main system and the SOUND EFFECT button on the remote control simultaneously for a full second to reset the microcomputer of the speaker. ^AC

My wireless subwoofer isn't working my brother took it apart an looked on the inside but didn't see anything wrong an the fuse in it was still good it's like it's not getting any power to it an I don't know why

I'm having trouble with Bass output from my subwoofer. It's worked great for several months, now suddenly it barely puts out bass (still does output but very little). Connections & cables are good. Seems like an amp issue. PLEASE HELP!

every once in awhile a neighbor apartment accidentally connect to my sound bar via Bluetooth. is there any way to stop this from happening. extremely annoying.

The sound bar works great and is loud with Bluetooth to a phone but when plugged into my tv it doesn't get as loud.

How do i change the subwoofer settings to lower it?

To adjust the subwoofer settings you would do the following: 1. Press ADJUSTMENT button (right of the volume down) repeatedly to select TREBLE, BASS or SUBWF (Subwoofer). 2. Press VOL buttons to adjust the sound level.
