After I bought this product, the sub woofer cuts off after playing music for over 15 mins. After 3 hours of music, the sub woofer cuts off totally. You cannot even hear any bass at all. This is very frustrating

It does a great job of cleaning the dishes, pots, and pans. Very easy to load and versatile with the adjustable racks and fold down dish holders. It's very quite, can't really hear it unless it's totally quite in the house. It has exceeded our expectations so far. If it is durable, and only time will tell, we will be very satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome sound! Amazing sound and clarity with booming bass! This was a cinch to setup without wires to run. Just connect optical to TV and your finished! I have it connected to an LG TV and it recognized it immediately and started playing right away. It will even turn itself on or off with the LG TV remote and will be controlled by the TV remote... as long as its a LG SYNC compatible!

The profile of the sound bar itself, is low enough it does not block the signal from the remote to the tv. My cable remote immediately recognized the sound bar.

My soundbar is connected to my TV via the optical cable. If I try to use the Bluetooth or Portable (3.5mm) inputs, it eventually automatically switches to the optical output, even when my TV is off. How do I stop this?

How do I disable the auto off feature?

We appreciate your interest in this audio system. This device will be deactivated automatically if the system is not connected to an external device and is not used for 20 minutes. If it HAS been connected to an external device, this will happen after 6 hours when using an analog input connection. This is a default setting and cannot be changed.

Every time I turn on my TV, my sound bar volume is too loud and I always have to turn it down. If I turn everything off and back on, the volume is really loud again regardless of the low volume when I turned it all off. Is there a way to fix this?

Why my sub woofer not connecting to my sound bar and just blinking green light on subwoofer

When your connection is not completed, you can see the red LED or the blinking of yellow-green LED on the wireless subwoofer and the subwoofer does not make sound. To solve the problem, follow the below steps: 1. Adjust volume level of the main unit to minimum. ”VOL MIN” appears on the display window. 2. Press and hold (Mute) on the remote control for about 3 seconds. “WL RESET” appears on the display window briefly and the Red LED on the main unit is blinking 3. If the LED of the wireless subwoofer already blinks in yellow-green continually, you can skip this step. Press and hold PAIRING on the back of the wireless subwoofer for more than 5 seconds. The LED of the wireless subwoofer lights up alternately in red and yellow-green. 4. Disconnect the power cord of the main unit and the wireless subwoofer. 5. Connect them again after the LED of the main unit and the wireless subwoofer is fully turned off. The main unit and the wireless subwoofer will be paired automatically when you turn on the main unit. When the connection is completed, you can see the yellow-green LED on the subwoofer.

Where do I find a mount kit to attach wireless LG sound bar to my 55" OLED TV? I'd like the simplest one to use. TV is mounted to the wall using an articulated bracket

We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar system. The mounting brackets provided are not designed to allow a connection directly to the television; nor do the OLED televisions have a point where a Sound Bar can connect directly to the TV.
