Why the rapidly blinking red light and my Bluetooth won't connect

It is recommended to attempt pairing the Subwoofer to the Sound Bar while all other Bluetooth devices in the area have been deactivated. If this does not resolve the matter, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

How can I connect to directv genie mini? It does not have the same ports as the full size box. Can I connect to tv wirelessly?

Is there a way to turn off the "Auto Power Down" feature of the sound bar?

We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar System. The AUTO POWER DOWN feature is designed to deactivate the system when the device is not connected to an external device, and it is not used for 25 minutes. This will also occur when the unit has been connected to another device using the ANALOG input connection. This is a default setting and cannot be adjusted. This information is listed on page 15 of the owner’s manual.

How do I pair my sound bar with the subwoofer to my phone??

Select the Bluetooth function by using the FUNCTION button. The text “BT” should appear in the display, followed by “BT READY”. 2. Activate the Bluetooth device and perform its pairing operation. When searching for this system with the Bluetooth device, a list of the devices found may appear in the Bluetooth device display depending on the type of Bluetooth device. This system appears as “LG SOUND BAR”. 3. Enter the PIN code. PIN code: 0000. 4. When this unit successfully pairs with your Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth LED of this unit lights up and appears “PAIRED”. 5. Listen to music. To play a music stored on your Bluetooth device, refer to your Bluetooth device’s user guide.
