Rated 5 out of 5 by from The kids are asking US to turn it down, lol. I bought this speaker to go with a recently purchased LG 4K TV......let me tell you, I couldn't be more happy. Deep rich bass and clear, crisp sound. PERFECTION!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound bar for 42" TV's! I bought this sound bar for an LG 42LB6300 TV that I wall mounted in our bedroom and it fits and works perfectly. The sound bar is only about 1/4" shorter than the TV on each end. When connected to the TV with the optical cable provided with the sound bar, the LG TV magic remote controls both the TV and the sound bar.

Will the Magic Remote from an LG 55LA6205 control this soundbar with it connected via optical input

Asked by: Damon
I'm not sure about your LG TV, but the magic remote with my LG 42LB6300 controls my NBN36 sound bar when connected via the optical toslink connection.

My Comcast remote currently controls the sound on my LG TV. Canl it control this sound bar?

Asked by: thecrowe
All codes to be used for programming the Universal remote control will be located in the setup instructions for the Controller. If you have experienced trouble in locating codes for LG, you may also try using Zenith or Goldstar codes, as some of these coincide with LG frequencies.

My dad just got the 50LN5750 tv and he is hard of hearing. I am looking to get him a sound bar to improve the sound for him.

I was thinking of getting some Bluetooth headphones and having the soundbar provide the sound. Can you have Bluetooth and the sound bar speakers on at the same time? or does Bluetooth only receive sound?
Asked by: MarkKy
We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar. It does appear that Bluetooth Headphones should be compatible with this Sound Bar. It is most likely that the Sound Bar speakers will be inactive when connected to headphones in this manner.
