I've had this speaker for about a year and the bass and sound are amazing. Highly recommended. It has my cabinets and bed vibration when it's on max volume and you can feel it in ur seat and hear bro. highly recommended.

XBOOM speaker is bad
Speaker is amazing!!!! But what had to mess it ALL UP IS THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION!!!!!!
ALLL THE TIME!!!!! We got this speaker around March last year (my mom got it off Best Buy) & wasn’t cheap. Was working fine for the first couple of month and then it went downhill from there. All we get from it now is “BT ERROR” ALL THE TIME AND THE SPEAKER HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR ALMOST HALF A YEAR AND STILL WONT WORK!! I tried everything,customer service told me it was also out of warranty and I had to take it in to my “nearest LG service center”but with COVID-19 going on. I’m basically stuck with this and I can’t find the Aux Cables anywhere because LG has a specific entrance and I have an iPhone XS Max. So even harder to find the adapter all in one instead of buying everything individually. Ugh. This is so annoying. LG. never again.

If could give it zero!
I purchased this speaker from Best Buy. It’s was delivered to my house sometime last year. I barley used the speaker. Now I’m getting this Bluetooth Error message, I called customer service, they said it was out of warranty even though I got it last year. I will never buy an LG product so long as I’m alive nor will I allow my family to bring that brand into my house. Thanks for another great product LG.
