Rated 1 out of 5 by from Subwoofer volume stopped working Bought this item about 6 months ago and the subwoofers volume stopped working out of no where, it used to sound really loud with loud bass, but now it doesn’t sound very loud at all. We did not use the product that often. Tried everything to fix the problem and can’t seem to figure out the issue. Also called the support number for LG and they cannot understand the issues either. Highly frustrating, do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sound goes in and out...I barely have used... All of a sudden the sound goes in and out. Mostly the subwoofer. Makes no sense and is very noticeable during movies and song play. Stick with Harmon or Bose.

The LG 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SH4 does not have a compatible surround sound kit. ^CP

Sound Bar seems to be losing sound power, no difference between cinema and standard sound settings. Soundboard also no longer turns on when lg TV is turned on, have to use Soundboard remote.

my lg sound bar lip synching and it's connect with optical port to a Samsung smart tv. Tv is synced when not hooked up to sound bar , but when we hook it up to sound bar it's out of sync voice  with video
