Rated 1 out of 5 by from Subwoofer volume stopped working Bought this item about 6 months ago and the subwoofers volume stopped working out of no where, it used to sound really loud with loud bass, but now it doesn’t sound very loud at all. We did not use the product that often. Tried everything to fix the problem and can’t seem to figure out the issue. Also called the support number for LG and they cannot understand the issues either. Highly frustrating, do not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sub woofer looses connection intermittently I've had this soundbar for about 7 months now. it sounds great but every few seconds, the subwoofer loses connection. It's really embarrassing especially when you have guests over. I've tried to fix the issue but I can't figure out how. It doesn't have a usb port so I'm not sure how I can update the firmware. Annoying

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Subwoofer Does not Connect For about 6 months the unit worked fine. After that the subwoofer stopped connecting with the soundbar on a regular basis. We have to unplug the sun woofer and then plug back in after it cycles down. It has gotten worse as of lately. We now unplug and get a red flashing light or other times we get a green flashing light. Red flashes slowly and green flashes quickly. We cannot get it to stop the green flashing as of right now and it will not connect.

It's the second one I've owned and was great for awhile, then there were issues with random sound changes, then it wouldn't turn on when TV was turned on, now sound is getting softer and there is no sound change between cinema and standard settings. They're nice but just don't last.

One of my neighbors (I do not know which one) has connect to my Bluetooth and plays music at odd hours of the night. I called LG support to figure out how I can reset the Bluetooth or add a PIN and I was told there is nothing I can do. Well, other than turning off the system.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty volume functions on soundbar and remote I bought this three weeks ago and having set it up just now, it is clear there is a fault as the volume gets pushed up to maximum every time it is switched to optical. Various batteries swapped in the remote, optical cable changes and hardware elimination have been attempted. I've also found that the volume functions on the back on the soundbar change the function (not the volume) and the remote itself does not allow any buttons to cause any change. I am having to get this returned back to where I bought this.

How can I connect my sound bar SH4 to my wireless rear speakers kit SPJ4-S

Sound Bar seems to be losing sound power, no difference between cinema and standard sound settings. Soundboard also no longer turns on when lg TV is turned on, have to use Soundboard remote.

my lg sound bar lip synching and it's connect with optical port to a Samsung smart tv. Tv is synced when not hooked up to sound bar , but when we hook it up to sound bar it's out of sync voice  with video

This unit is not a radio/receiver but a Sound Bar. A soundbar is a type of loudspeaker that projects audio from a and input source like a TV, set top box, DVD or Blue-ray player. ^AC
