Rated 3 out of 5 by from have a question LG BP 340 Blue Ray Player had for bout 2 yrs. For some reason when playing disc, starts to play 3-5 seconds then stops, white screen. Goes to my sony amp 1st then tv, lap top and satallite are same connects to same amp, HDMI only all worked fine from day 1. Hooked to tv only works fine. I had made no changes. Lap top and satallite work when I moved to where blue ray connects in amp and they work fine. Blue ray wont work in any HDMI input in amp, has 3 HDMI input ports. Sony amp is STR-DH700. Had no issues with it in 7 yrs.

What's the USB port for?

Asked by: Beller9371
The USB port on the LG Blu-ray Disc™ Player with Built-in Wi-Fi®, Model # BP340 functions the same way that the USB ports on TVs do. It can support up to 4 partitions of the USB device.but will not support a USB device which requires additional program installation when you connect it to a PC. Some digital cameras and smartphones not supported and the port cannot be connected to a PC...^IFV

How do I program my lg television to my bluray player remote

Asked by: cnblamb
You can operate your TV with the supplied remote control. If your TV is listed in the table on page 48 of your owner’s manual, set the appropriate manufacturer code. While holding down the TV POWER button, and press the manufacturer code for your TV with the numerical buttons. Release the TV POWER button to complete setting. Depending on your TV, some or all buttons may not function on the TV, even after entering the correct manufacturer code. When you replace the battery of the remote, the code number you have set may be reset to the default setting. Set the appropriate code number again.
