Use the Accessibility settings to configure accessibility plug-ins you have installed on your tablet. Vision
TalkBack: Allows you to set up the TalkBack
function which assists people with impaired vision by providing verbal
feedback. Tap at the
top right corner of the screen to toggle it on and off. Tap Settings at the bottom of the screen to adjust the TalkBack
settings.
Lower screen brightness: Checkmark to dim the screen’s backlight for a darker contrast.
Font size: Sets the font size. Choose from Minimum, Small, Medium, Large, Very large, and Maximum.
Touch zoom: Tap the Touch zoom switch to toggle it on and off. On
allows you to zoom in and out by triple-tapping the screen.
Screen color inversion: Checkmark to invert the colors of the screen and content.
Screen color adjustment: Sets to view
the screen with greater color contrast. Tap the switch to turn it on. Then tap the
screen and drag across the screen in any direction until you see the
color contrast you want to use.
Screen color filter: Tap its switch to toggle it On or Off. On allows you to change color filters.
Captions: Customize caption setting
for those with hearing impairments. Tap the Captions switch to toggle it On or Off.
Turn off all sounds: Mark this box to silence all tablet sounds including sounds from the speaker.
Audio type: Allows you to set the audio type.
Sound balance: Move the slider on the bar to set the sound balance between the left and right channel.
Touch feedback time: Sets the touch and hold delay (short, medium, or long).
Touch assistant: Tap the switch icon to toggle it on and off. On
allows you to replace the hardware keys with a Universal touch board
.
Tap the Universal touch
icon to be able to tap
its Power button, Home button, Volume buttons, Screen
capture button, Accessibility button,
and Pinch button.
Screen timeout: Sets the screen timeout. Choose from 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, and Keep screen turned on.
Touch control areas: Tap the Touch control areas switch (at the upperright corner of the screen) to toggle it On or Off. On allows you to select an area of the screen to limit touch control. Press the Volume Down Key and tap the Home Button at the same time to activate and deactivate this feature.
Accessibility features shortcut: Sets
quick, easy access to selected features when you triple-tap the Home Button three (3) times. Choose from TalkBack, Screen color inversion,
Touch assistant, and Accessibility settings.
Auto-rotate screen: Checkmark to automatically rotate the screen depending on the tablet orientation (portrait or landscape).
Switch Access: Allows you to control your device using configurable key combinations.
